Although flamenco is not very much significant to Barcelona but it is generally connected to Spanish culture. As we weren’t visiting any other destination in Spain this trip around, we decided to entertain ourselves with some flamenco live show. The famous flamenco show at Los Tarantos near Placa Reial was recommended by our informative B&B owner on the first night of our arrival.
This was actually a last minute plan but luckily we managed to get 2 tickets for the night show from the ticket counter upon walk-in. There are 3 sessions performed every night; 20:30, 21:30 and 22:30. The tickets cost us €10 each for the 1-hour performance. To secure your ticket earlier, you can also buy your ticket online. You may visit here to purchase.
Make sure you grab a chance to see it for yourself if you’re in Barcelona. With a variable price range, there are several other places to watch the flamenco live dance around town. But for the price we paid, Los Tarantos is very much recommended. Words could not explain much of the experience. Here’s a video of the session we had that night.
